Invitation and account access
- Ledger is invite-only. Access is personal to the account that was provisioned or invited.
- Members must provide accurate account information and keep their sign-in credentials and authentication factors secure.
- Do not share passwords, multi-factor authentication codes, recovery links, or active sessions with another person.
- Access can be limited, suspended, or removed when needed to protect the application, its data, or other members.
Financial information and decisions
Ledger is an organization and planning tool. It is not a bank, payment service, investment adviser, accountant, tax adviser, or cryptocurrency wallet.
Members are responsible for the accuracy of the information they enter and for reviewing important financial decisions independently. Calculations and summaries can depend on the records and settings a member supplies.
Acceptable use
Members must not:
- Use Ledger to access another person's account or information without authorization.
- Attempt to bypass access controls, probe the service, introduce malicious code, or interfere with normal operation.
- Use the application for unlawful activity or enter information they do not have permission to use.
- Misrepresent Ledger as a public financial institution, cryptocurrency service, or product of another company.
Availability and changes
Ledger may change as features are improved, tested, or retired. Access to a particular mode or service can depend on the permissions assigned to a member. Temporary interruptions can also occur for maintenance, security work, or provider availability.
Material changes to these public terms will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
